Rental Policy

• Maximum Occupancy is 6 persons
• No pets
• No Smoking
• Guests provide bath linens
• Bedding is provided
• Check- in after 3:00 PM
• Check-out before 11:00 AM

       Daily rate: $140.00/night (2 night minimum) 
       Weekly rate: $750/week 6 days, Monday 12:OO PM
        to Sunday 12:OO PM

Rates moderately higher during special events

Summer rentals are weekly only
        6% sales tax and 3% county room tax additional
        $100.00 deposit for reservation
        Balance due14 days prior to arrival

Cancellations:
        1.  3 months or more prior to reservation.  All monies
             paid will be returned (less $25 handling fee).
        2.  3 months or less prior to reservation.  All monies
             paid will be returned (less $25 handling fee) if and 
             when the cancelled time is rented.
