Additional Information and Policies:

6% sales tax and 5% county room tax additional.
$100.00 non-refundable deposit for reservation. (Requested dates will be held for 5 days pending receipt of deposit.)
There will be no refunds for power outages due to storms or inclement weather or for injuries, sickness, or other perils beyond the control of the owners.
Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
All payment transactions require check, cash or money order.
A $100 separate security deposit check (against damages) is also required at time of reservation and will be held (not cashed) unless there are damages. After check out examination, check will be destroyed pending no damage fees are assessed.
Maximum Occupancy is 6 persons
No pets
No Smoking in Cabin
Guests provide bath linens
Bedding is provided
Check-in after 3:00 PM
Check-out before 11:00 AM

Guest Responsibilities:

Guests are expected to maintain the cabin and upon checkout to leave it in the same condition as it was found.

Guests are responsible for reporting broken or malfunctioning appliances, electrical equipment, heating or cooling equipment immediately so it can be repaired.

Cabin is a non-smoking unit--all smoking must be done outside.

Any person visiting that is not a registered guest must be reported to the management.

All guests must leave at or before the check-out time and are not permitted on the property until at or after the check-in time.

Cancellation Policy:

There is a $100 handling fee for cancellations made 30 days or less, with the balance of paid amount refunded only if the rental unit can be re-rented for the same period as the cancellation.
